Who has access to your data?


Lilliput Miniatures collects information about you for two purposes: firstly to be able to fulfill your order and secondly to provide you with the best possible service. Lilliput Miniatures will not send you e-mails in the future unless you have expressed the desire to be personally updated on the news, an order is in progress or a request of any kind has been made to us by you.

Lilliput Miniatures does not transfer, sell or exchange users' personal data with third parties for marketing purposes, data forwarded to third parties is only used to provide our services to the user.

Why do we use personal data?


We use your personal data to manage online purchases, process orders and returns through online services and send notifications on the status of the shipment or in the event of problems with the delivery of items.

We keep personal data until the user requests the deletion of their account.

Order or account cancellation

We trust that every order will be processed without any problems and that you are satisfied, in the event that this does not happen or there are problems we give the right to cancel the order and to better protect yours privacy we can delete the Account (and therefore your subscription data) upon your request.

You have the right to request information relating to your personal data in our possession at any time. The user can contact Lilliput Miniatures , who will provide all personal data by email. Your personal data can be consulted at any time from your user panel.

Whenever Lilliput Miniatures processes the user's personal data through automated means based on the user's consent, or on the basis of an agreement, the user has the right to obtain a copy of the data transferred to the user or to another subject, in a commonly used format, in a structured and electronically readable form. This only includes personal data sent to us by the user.


Right of rectification: 


You have the right to request the rectification of personal data if it is incorrect, including the right to request the completion of incomplete personal data. If you have an account on Lilliput Miniatures , you can ask to change your personal data at any time by sending a request to our address

Right to delete: 


You have the right to delete any personal data processed by Lilliput Miniatures at any time, except for the following situations:

  • there is an open position with Customer Service

  • the user has an open order that has not yet been shipped, or has only been partially shipped

  • you have an open debt with Lilliput Miniatures , regardless of the payment method

  • you are suspected of, or have fraudulently used our services in the past four years

  • the user's debt has been sold to third parties in the last three years or one year in the event of the customer 's death

  • a credit application has been submitted in the last three months and has been rejected

  • for any purchase made, we will keep your personal data relating to the transaction, in accordance with the accounting rules



Right of Restriction: 

You have the right to request that Lilliput Miniatures restrict the processing of your personal data in the following circumstances:

  • if the user refuse the data processing by Lilliput Miniatures based on a legitimate interest, Lilliput Miniatures will limit all processing of such data until the legitimate interest is verified.

  • if the user declares that the personal data are not correct, until their accuracy is verified.

  • if the processing is not legitimate, it is possible to oppose the cancellation of personal data and request a restriction of their use instead.

Right to complain to a competent Supervisory Authority: 


If you believe that Lilliput Miniatures is processing your personal data in an incorrect way, you can contact us. Furthermore, the user has the right to lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority.

Updates to our Privacy Policy


Updates to our Privacy Policy may be needed. The most recent version of the notice is always available on our website. Users will be informed of any material changes to the Privacy Policy, for example the purpose of the processing of personal data, the identity of the Data Controller or the rights of users.
